14k yellow gold diamond engagement ring by Rego Designs. The center is currently 4-prong set with a 4.5 mm round cubic zirconia (equivalent in size to a .25 - .37 ct round brilliant diamond). The ring features a halo of prong set round brilliant diamonds on the top and side profile of the head along with prong set round brilliant diamonds extending half way down the band. A total of fifty-six round brilliant diamonds are G-H color, SI1-SI2 clarity, and weighs a total of .25 ctw. The ring is currently a finger size 7 and weighs 3.03 grams.
