WARRANTY INFO

WARRANTY

Impress Jewelry Creations (IJC) provides a 2 year limited warranty on NEW merchandise with the following stipulations: the warranty covers manufacturer defects in either materials and/or workmanship which arises under normal wear and tear conditions. To be warrantable, the item must be inspected a minimum of once (1) per six (6) month intervals by IJC or an agent agreeable & appointed by IJC. The warranty excludes damage arising from client neglect, abuse, losses due to theft, or conditions beyond what is considered natural wear and tear. Warranty exclusions are as follows but not limited to: multiple jewelry items being worn in direct contact with each other and resulting damage due to friction. Damage from exposure to excess heat along with chemicals/agents containing chlorine, bromine, lead, mercury, etc. is not covered. IJC items repaired at other facilities, without prior IJC approval, voids all warranties. Due to the nature of worn items and the possibility of significant impacts outside our control, we do not warranty ANY center stone [primary gemstone(s) or diamond(s)] or any secondary stone(s) against breakage, scratches, or cracks (internal or external). Also excluded are chains, bracelets, earrings, and individual prongs (etc.) that show excessive wear due to stretching, abrasion, and the like, are not considered normal wear and tear and are not warranted. We STRONGLY suggest that all clients discuss insurance needs with a qualified agent and acquire personal article/jewelry insurance to cover your jewelry in the case of catastrophic damage or loss. At your request, with a purchase, IJC will provide an initial insurance appraisal free of charge. Consignment, estate, and folk art pieces are NOT eligible for warranty coverage and are sold 'as is'.
