The pendant features a bezel-set emerald cut diamond weighing 2.21 carats (GIA inscribed 5212345033 K color, VS1 clarity) in the center along with a pear brilliant shape diamond weighing 1.48 carats (GIA inscribed 5212345615 F color, SI2 clarity) which is bezel-set into the front of the bail at the top of the pendant. Throughout the main body of the pendant are set a total of 108 bead-set round brilliant cut diamonds that are of F-G color, VS1-VS2 clarity, with a combined weight of .96 carats. Additionally, there are a matched pair of bead-set custom cut triangle diamonds (weighing a combined .33 carats, G-H color, VS2-SI1 clarity) and a matched pair of bead-set Asscher cut diamonds (weighing a combined .53 carats, G-H color, VS2-SI1 clarity) accenting the pendant.
